Q: What do I need to do first?

A: Register for the trip using this link. Please register by January 31, 2025 so we can ensure all arrangements are lined up to make this an amazing experience for you and your adult guest. Next, make sure to book your flight by following the instructions below.

Q: HOW DO I BOOK MY FLIGHT?

A: All flights should be booked exclusively through our Allfly booking platform. Please refrain from using direct airline websites or third-party platforms like Expedia, as these bookings will not be eligible for reimbursement. All tickets will automatically be booked in economy/coach class. If you choose to upgrade, you may do so using your own money. All flights will be covered by Accruent through this booking platform - you may not use your company credit card outside of the booking platform.

Q: What happens after I register?

A: After you have completed your registration, you are all set! Additional emails will be sent leading up to the event date with event information and details. We will reach out to you directly should we have any questions regarding your registration.

Q: What is included in the Achiever’s Club package?

A: The following amenities for you and your adult guest are included in your Achiever’s Club package:

Q: Is airfare included in the achiever’s Club package?

A: Yes. Airfare is included for you and your adult (18+) guests and will be arranged via Accruent’s Allfly booking link.

Q: Can I extend my stay – or arrive early?

A: If you would like to extend or modify your stay, please contact the event planners at accruent@rnepartners.com to check availability and group rates. You will also be able to request additional nights during the registration process. The cost of additional days is your personal responsibility and will not be covered by Accruent.

Q: Do I need a passport?

A: If you are coming from outside of Mexico, then yes! Passport details are required to book flights for you and your Achiever’s Club guest.

If you do not have a passport, or if your passport is going to expire within the next six months, please apply for/renew your passport as quickly as possible with your country’s passport authority.

Please allow six to eight weeks to obtain your new passport. You may also decide to expedite a passport in 2-3 weeks for an additional cost. Accruent is not responsible for any passport fees or charges to expedite your new passport.
